About Marcellas

Award-winning author and entertainment reporter Marcellas Reynolds is the executive producer of Supreme Models, a six-part Vogue/YouTube Originals documentary series based on the bestselling book of the same name. The docuseries airing at youtube.com/vogue has over 8.3M views. Reynolds is also an entertainment reporter and television host whose recent appearances include GMA3, Access Hollywood, Tamron Hall, and Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live!

In October 2019, Reynolds released Supreme Models: Iconic Black Women Who Revolutionized Fashion, the first-ever art book devoted to top Black models. With a Foreword by supermodel Veronica Webb, Supreme Models features over 75 models from the last 75 years, including Iman, Naomi Campbell, Donyale Luna, and next-gen stars Adut Akech, Anok Yai, Dilone, and Precious Lee.

In October 2021, Reynolds released Supreme Actresses: Iconic Black Women Who Revolutionized Hollywood. The bestseller features Best Actress Academy Award winner Viola Davis on the cover, a Foreword by Gabrielle Union, and interviews with Tiffany Haddish, Lupita Nyong’o, Issa Rae, Alexandra Shipp, and Lynn Whitfield, among others.  

In January 2024, Reynolds released Supreme Sirens: Iconic Black Women Who Revolutionized Music, the first-ever art book devoted to the incredible women who changed the face of music. Supreme Sirens, with music legend Missy Elliott on the cover, features over one hundred music superstars from every genre and generation, including Cardi B, Erykah Badu, Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, Ella Fitzgerald, Roberta Flack, Aretha Franklin, Lauryn Hill, Billie Holiday, Janet Jackson, Grace Jones, Nicki Minaj, Janelle Monáe, Monica, Rihanna, Diana Ross, Sade, Jill Scott, Nina Simone, Jazmine Sullivan, Donna Summer, The Supremes, Tina Turner and more.
