After much deliberation my publisher and I have chosen the title of my first book.

SUPREME MODELS: Iconic Black Women Who Revolutionized Fashion
The first-ever book celebrating black models, filled with revealing essays, interviews, and stunning photographs
Are you watching Bossip on WEtv? If not, you simply must. It’s soooo funny! Each member of the cast is HYSTERICAL. The past few weeks I’ve appeared on the show and the Fashion Correspondent. I’ve taken on the Kardashians, the Teen Choice Awards, Nicki’s disastrous appearance at the Video Music Awards, and last week’s Black Girls Rock! 2018 red carpet. I’m having a blast.
In our lifetime. Rihanna is the first black woman on the cover of British Vogue’s September issue in its 102 year history. Edward Enninful is the first black editor of British Vogue and this is his first September issue. 23 year old Tyler Mitchell is the first black photographer to shoot a Vogue cover. He’s also one of the youngest photographers to do so.
Rihanna was photographed by Nick Knight, and styled by the incredible Edward Enninful. Beyoncé is wearing a floral headpiece crafted by Rebel Rebel, and on another cover is wearing a tiered dress by Alexander McQueen. Sublime.
I am feeling all kinds of good about 2018’s September Issues. If you know anything about fashion, you know that the September issue is the biggest and most important issue of the year for magazines. With Lupita N’yongo on the cover of Porter Magazine, Tracee Ellis Ross on the cover of Elle Canada, Zendaya on the cover of Marie Claire, and Yara Shahidi on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter this is a historic moment in fashion! My favorite? Model Slick Woods, pregnant, on the cover of Elle UK.

My name is Marcellas the Great and I am the GREATEST FASHION STYLIST EVER. I am obsessed with fashion, shopping & creating something beautiful. I can’t live without love & style. You’d be surprised to know that I got my 1st job selling women’s clothing at 15 and if I weren’t a Fashion Stylist I’d own my own clothing store. If I had to choose my favorite decade of fashion it’d be right now because the new Gucci collection is AMAZEBALLS! My favorite place on earth is Hawaii and I’d live there forever though the shopping is awful. I like Jil Sander but I love Helmut Lang & TOM FORD. A styling tip I swear by is using WD40 to clean the white soles of your high tops & tennis shoes. I never attend a shoot without my nipple covers. I currently have Ariana Grande’s “No Tears Left To Cry” on repeat! Ariana just gets me. ❤️ The last show I binge watched was CLAWS on TNT! #YASSSS #teamNiecyNash! I find most of my inspiration watching cinema from the 1970s. My favorite fashion trend of all time is luxe boho and if it were up to me vintage YSL would never go out of style. Lately I’ve been interested in Murakami and Kerry James Marshal, and would love to own a painting by Francesco Clemente. My best style advice would be never consider the size on the tag. Buy the size that fits best then have it tailored to perfection. I love my Lanvin for H&M bow tie and would only trade my Mr Turk dinner jacket for the Tom Ford tux that it’s a knock off of! I am always open to sale shopping. I find that it nurtures my creative growth. I am more than the two hundred pairs of shoes or hundreds of pocket squares I own and that doesn’t make me a hoarder!
Here’s a #flashback with a royal twist! It’s me chatting on Geraldo at Large with Robin Leach about the marriage of William & Kate 7 YEARS AGO! Click here to see the video! Can you believe it’s been 7 years!? And how exciting that sweet Harry has fallen in love. #RoyalWedding
I love art. I’m into all things pretty. Some of my fave artists are Jean-Michel Basquiat, Warhol, Kara Walker, Kehinde Wiley and my absolute favorite Francesco Clemente. While spending way too much time on Raya and Insta, I discovered Blair Breitenstein, a fashion illustrator that I just adore. Her sketches are amazing. So fashion and the glitterati are taking notice. Her clients include everyone, like Gucci, Chanel, Prada and L’Oreal Paris, just to name a few.
I shot this editorial with top model Lucas Bloms over a year ago. Luckily it was an underwear story so the clothes (what little there was) are still current. The was the “fashion shoot” I was working on with the Riker Brothers for my episode of Million Dollar Matchmaker.
