Some trends never go out of style and fringe is definitely one of them. Fringe is a modern classic. A suede fringe jacket is a staple in fashion. We updated this cool piece with our Fringed Jacket in red or grey suede. The Fringed Jacket is the perfect coat for your fall weekends! It’s stunning with jeans, boots and a cozy sweater. And it’s a stand out when paired with black trousers & a black turtleneck for a chic work look.
Fringe gets a wild and sexy update in our Faux Suede Fringe Dress! It’s faux suede so it’s easy to wear and not too confining. It’s that hip dress for work with a long cardigan or flyaway sweater over it, tights and high boots. It’s also perfect for dancing the night away when worn with a pair of our suede fringe booties! That’s what I love about fringe; it’s super versatile. It goes easily from day to night stylishly!
One of the most exciting things about fall is IT’S BOOTS SEASON and I worked with Midnight Velvet to shoot a video serving up some of the hottest styles of boots this season. I’d actually go as far as saying some of the hottest styles ever! There is definitely a boot for every look you want to rock! There is sexy chic like our leopard print booties that also come in blazing red. There is so much to love about this bootie! The leopard print, the shape, the gold zippers, the chic heel height! They are super stylish, cutting a sexy silhouette yet the heel height makes them wonderfully wearable and comfy! They are great to dress up a black skirt, or dress and tights, but so fun when worn with rolled up denim!
My favorite boot this season is the stacked heeled Dune Boot by Fergie in BLUE SUEDE! There is something so cool and retro about them and that’s what makes them so of the moment! The color, the height, the stack heel and buckles; if you like a high boot to rock with skinny jeans, leggings or even skirts, the Dune Boot is definitely the one to get! That blue is everything but basic!
I distinctly remember in recent years when the legging made it triumphant comeback. But remember not too long ago the legging and it’s slightly staid older sister the stirrup pant were passé. They were replaced in the mid-nineties to early two thousands when the trouser came roaring back, heralded by designers like Darryl K, Katayone Adeli & Helmut Lang. Do you remember that moment when it was all about sharply designed pants in stove pipes, bell bottoms and flares? And pleats disappeared and it all at once became about the flat front low slung trouser?
Yet through it all, all along, in the back of your mind, and probably the back of your closet, there was at least one pair of black leggings. And you know why? No, you know why! Because nothing is as easy, comfortable and versatile as a great pair of leggings!

Labor Day has passed and Fall is officially here. There is the slight hint of a chill in the air. The leaves are slowly beginning to change. It’s that wonderful time of year that seems to accelerate as we move forward. It’s time for back to school and sports. It’s also the start of Holiday Season. From Homecoming dances to Halloween parties, Thanksgiving and holiday office parties to Christmas and then New Year’s Eve, these are the celebrations that make our lives special. We dress up to create these memories. And you search for that special dress worn beautifully on that special night.
