I’m Going to the Beach… The 2019 Edition.

On set in Key West for HGTV!

When you were little did you ever play “I’m Going To The Grocery Store?” It was a memorization game where you had to remember alphabetically the contents of a shopping list from A to Z. Well this month we’re going shopping for an outing to the beach! Even if it’s just up to Zuma to surf, or Malibu for the weekend, it still pays to look chic.

I’m going to the beach and what do I need? Let’s start with THE swimsuit. Even when almost naked a man should look stylish. I’m going sexily modest with Tom Ford’s sleek CAMOUFLAGE CLASSIC SWIM SHORT. Paired with a polo or tunic they’re incredibly posh.

Bartlomiej Kurela photographed this gorgeousness, and my girl Chrisondra Boyd slayed hair and makeup! I styled and art directed the shoot, while Chrisondra did double duty as location scout. Fashion ain’t easy, but the results of hard work can be gorgeous!

People often ask me what products I use to make my skin so good. It’s a complete compliment because most days I don’t think my skin is great! We all have things we want to change. As a Black man razor bumps have always been a concern. I’ve had bags since I was an infant! With the blessing that is melanin comes hyper pigmentation. The list goes on and on! But I do think most days I look good. So there it is, what’s in my medicine cabinet! A look behind this wizard’s curtain.
